Usually we carry out new build cleaning in 3 stages:
A build clean – This is where we carry out tasks like de-taping windows, removing glue, plaster and paint from windows and frames, removing dust, de-taping floor boards and removing stickers from fixtures and fittings.
A re-clean – We revisit the property to carry out another clean after trades have been back in to reclean frames, doors, fixtures and fittings etc
A sparkle clean – The final clean of the property to get it ready for resale or living ready. Each part of the property is polished and shined, hoovered throughout left looking sparkling clean.
Although this is our usual 3 stage cleaning process we realise that some of our clients may want to carry out an all in one build clean right the way through and we are happy to provide this service upon request.
Lincs cleaning services team of cleaning operatives are all fully trained, CSCS carded and have undergone vigorous training in build cleaning over many years.
We are available to take on projects on a one off basis right the way through to full housing estate contracts.

The windows are covered in plaster and cement, can you help?
Yes this is a standard part of our after builders cleaning service, we carefully scrape all windows and frames to remove all plaster, cement and paint leaving your windows completely free of anything that shouldn’t be there.
We use plastic scrapers to ensure that your glass and frames are not scratched or damaged.
Do you “de-tape” PVC window frames?
Although we don’t include de-taping as standard in our after builders cleaning service, we do offer this as an extra service.
All windows, doors, floors and fixtures may include tape and stickers that require removal. This is a service we can provide you with and the cost of this will be factored into your tailor made quote.
